As women and leaders, we are often expected to do it all. But what happens when your "all" includes multiple interests and you're trying to align your values, beliefs, and passions across every aspect of an increasingly complex life? It's time to challenge long-held assumptions about "balance" and look instead at how to cultivate harmony by setting yourself up for an intentionally fulfilling life through achievable milestones and goals.
I want to make a difference
(But, I don't know where to start or what goals to set)
I want to love what I do
(But, I don't know if I can make a living pursuing my passions)
I want to be more present
(But, I don't know how to find alignment between my many selves)
I want to be less stressed
(But, I don't know how to do that and still do all the things I want to do)
I want to be happy
(But, I don't know what that looks like or what it would take to get there)
See if coaching is just what you need.

...the multiple personal and professional demands on your time and energy.
When we partner together,
Challenge yourself to bring your dreams to life
Everyone should feel empowered to design the life they want to live. But, sometimes it seems like life has other plans for us, especially if we're juggling multiple moving parts.
I understand the dilemma--I've lived it.
I used to believe others may be right, and I DID need to limit myself in what I wanted to do. As the demands of motherhood and the lures of a secure job filled my time and focus, it seemed increasingly to be the case. Rather than abandon my dreams, however, I reframed those expectations. With micro adjustments--a little more of this thing and a little less of that thing—I found a way to make it work.
That’s why I'm equipped to help you align your own points of interest more holistically. How?
